1) What is A2 ghee?

A2 ghee is made from milk containing A2 β-casein (from native breeds like Sahiwal). It’s valued for clean flavour and easy digestibility.

2) What makes bilona ghee special?

Bilona is the traditional curd-churn method that keeps aromas and micronutrients intact—no high-heat shortcuts.

3) Is mustard oil good for high-heat cooking?

Yes. Mustard oil has high smoke point and bold flavour, great for frying, tadka, and pickles.

4) Are your products chemical-free?

Yes. We do not use preservatives, colours, or flavour enhancers. Batches undergo quality checks and lab tests.

 

5) How should I store ghee and mustard oil?

Keep them cool, dry, and away from direct sunlight. Always use clean, dry spoons.

 

6) Is ghee lactose-free?

Ghee is virtually lactose- and casein-free because milk solids are removed during clarification.
